Birth control implant?

I got the birth control implant on February 24. This month I have had light pink discharge when I wipe but then it turned into dark brown discharge and it’s been for a couple of days now. It’s not a lot but it’s very noticeable. I still haven’t had a normal period yet but I did give birth on Jan 8th so my periods haven’t been regular for a while.

What is your question? Kindly let me know .
Many women on the birth control implant called Nexplanon have light periods or no periods while on this contraception. They can have the bleeding pattern you described which is expected. The longer you continue the implant the less likely you are to have bleeding during your periods which is due to the progestin in the implant.
You may have irregular menstrual cycles, spotting for some time after you get the implant. Do a pregnancy test. If that is negative, just watch for now.
If you gave birth this year, then scant bleeding is not unusual, but check with your MD.
That is completely normal. If it persists, there are things that your provider can do in order to be able to diminish the abnormal bleeding.
