“Bleeding ”
I just went pee and I wiped and there was light pink blood and I'm 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant.

Well, you dont have pain when you pee, so I doubt that its a bladder infection. An exam should find the source of the bleeding because it could be coming from the skin, the vagina, the cervix, the anus, or it could be coming from the placenta. Without any cramping, its doubtful that a spontaneous abortion will occur, however, it would be in your best interests to get an exam by your gynecologist and possibly ultrasound the pregnancy.
