“Blood exposure”
I used a public restroom and after wiping (im a female) saw blood on the toilet paper roll that was not mine. Should I be concerned about hiv?

Risk of transmission of HIV in this manner would be extremely low.

You should not be concerned about this, but I recommend that you contact your health care provider if you have concerns so you discuss the possibility of testing.
