In most cases hematospermia is painless. Hematospermia may occur only once, but may also be sporadic or chronic. It often goes unnoticed and is typically self-limiting.
It usually resolves on its own
Blood in the same is called hematospermia and most of the time it is of no serious or important consequence, particularly in your age group. Many men have this at least once in their life and often don’t bring it to the doctor's attention. My recommendation would be though to just seek a consultation soon with your primary care doc or your urologist for appropriate questioning and urine analysis and an exam.
