Blood pressure arm difference?

I had a heart attack in 2007...I lost my insurance and stopped seeing doctors and taking medication in 2012. I honestly have felt better since stopping my medications but in the last month or so I am experiencing heavy fatigue. I also have noticed in the past month that my blood pressure in my left arm is substantially lower than my blood pressure in my right arm. For instance this morning my left arm was 101/50 with an HR of 103 and my right arm BP was 121/64 with an HR of 98. I am wondering if the difference is because of the damage already done or this is something new. I am 63 years old (July 25), 5'8" and weigh three hundred pounds. I ingest 1950 mg Tumeric Curcumin three times daily, take 81 mg of Bayer Aspirin daily, and drink 12 oz of POM daily. I also stretch and do some light calisthenics three to five times a week. Due to bad knees, I am unable to walk or run for exercise. Thank you for your help in advance.

You should discuss this with your doctor and confirm in the office as you may have a reason for different blood pressures such as a narrowing of blood flow through the subclavian artery to the arm. As for stopping all meds because you had a heart attack, your system may need additional support that you are not able to fully provide through supplements.
Different BP in arms should be unrelated to previous Heart Attack, might be some vascular disease of thoracic vessels, also should not BP can change spontaneously while checking it, visit PCP if it worries you!
