“Bones and muscles?”
On August 17th I took part in hand wrestling while standing. I have had a hand strain and wrist strain. I took Advil for the swelling but I still have weakness and tendon sensitivity. Now I have developed pain in my right upper arm, with burning sensation and snapping. Could this be a fracture or a broken bone? I can move the arm up and down with some soreness. It has been 4 weeks along with my shoulder hurting me due to instability from before. What can I do? I have tried muscle creams and ice.

Fracture is a possibility but probably not.Only an X-ray will tell.Sounds like a nerve(ulnar nerve) pinch at the elbow.Also with a loose shoulder sounds like you were born with loose ligaments.
