“Brain is damaged ”
Hello, I have been using cocaine for 5 years, I haven’t used it for 6 months, now I think that my brain is dead, it doesn’t work, can I be scheduled for some kind of surgery after the MRI? I just turned into a vegetable, I became incapacitated, my thinking was greatly impaired

No. Unfortunately the effects of drugs in the brain can't be reversed with surgery. Over time, if you stay clean, the brain may slowly improve.
I would get an mri. Unlikely that you would be brain dead and write this great question. Let’s get mri and see what it shows
Usually there is not surgery that will reverse your condition. First get your MRI and you should have a consultation with a neurologist to review options
