“Bumps on my tounge ”
Hi I had my vape coil pop some juice on my tounge and cause a small burn, after the burn healed I had a whole bunch of little white bumps form on the tip of my tounge that where just slightly noticeable, then they started to feel rough like beard stubble, and after doing my once a week hydrogen preoxide mouth rinse, they burned with the preoxide and got slightly larger and smoothed over, is this something I need to worry about?

Hello, I would check in with your local dentist so that they can get eyes on it and You can show them a photo. I would try warm salt water rinses to see if it helps To alleviate better.
Use warm salt water to rinse. Please stop vaping it is so bad for your oral health. And if no resolution in 2 weeks see an oral surgeon.
