COVID and kidney infection

Last Wednesday I went to the urgent care because I was feeling the tip of my pee burn intermittently and caught a fever the night before, along with intense lower back pain. I was diagnosed with covid as well as the UTI/kidney infection (didnt specify). The fever and the other covid symptoms are gone and the only thing I have lingering is the no taste and smell (not worried about), the back pain and fatigue. The at-home uti test came clear, but im still having the lower back pain. Im on day 6 of antibiotics (out of 10. Is it normal to have the flank pain this long? my appointment for the doc is the 28th

Studies have shown a significant portion of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 infection experience acute kidney injury (AKI) UC Davis Health researchers show COVID-19 is not strongly linked to long-term loss of kidney function.
Unfortunately, if you still have an infection, then you may have inflammation in the kidney causing this. But if you have a kidney stone that can cause pain.
