CT scan meaning?

I got a CT scan today and they said that my doctors will call me in a few days with the results. I received the summary in my patient portal and I can not identify what this means and can not wait until my doctor calls me in like 5 days because having an anxiety attack. It was for an ovarian cyst so the CT was abdominal and pelvic. They found a cystic lesion (history of dermoid cyst) on my left ovary (all the pain is on my right and it has affected my hip now). They said my appendix looks great? (I got that removed in 2014...)

Now my real question:
BONE: no aggressive lesions.

Does that mean I have a bone tumor somewhere? Or do they just have to state that?

Female | 26 years old
Complaint duration: 2 months
Medications: adderall
Conditions: dermoid cyst

The report showed only a cyst in the left ovary and no serious bone lesion. You do not have a bone tumor according to the report.
As radiologist we must read everything in the picture. So we try to mention all organs and structures. The radiologist is making it clear no cancer in the bones to account for any pain you migh be having
From what you report it sounds like there is nothing worrisome in the bones (yes that is usually a statement that everything looks OK by CT) and that there is no inflammation in the region of where the appendix was (right lower quadrant).
CT scans are not interpreted in a vacuum. They provide one piece of information. Your doctor will synthesize that information with your labs, your complaints, your vital signs and your history. So you really cannot expect anyone who does not have all that information, to be able to help. Call the doctor who ordered the study. If they don't return your call, get another doctor. Give that doctor access to all your information.Paraphrasing a few lines from a CT scan report, without relevant clinical background, could lead down a very wrong path.
