Hi, what is the difference between a CAT scan of the pelvic and abdominal without contrast, with oral contrast, or with IV contrast? On another note why specifically the Covid-19 vaccine always hurts my arm for 3-4 days?

Oral contrast is a contrast material that you drink to help see the stomach and bowel. IV contrast helps evaluate vascularity of normal and abnormal structures. Injection site pain is very common after COVID injection. There is a long list of other common adverse events.
