“Caffeine withdrawal ”
I am dealing with symptoms that are somewhat close to a brain tumor, but I just stopped drinking caffeine because it doesn't make me feel good. I need some answers.
I have: headache, extreme tiredness, nausea, ringing in ears and sometimes when I look away from something and I blink, I can see the outline of it.

Your symptoms could be associated with a multitude of possibilities. While a brain tumor can be a possibility it is far down on the list. You mist likely may be experiencing POTS ( Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome ). Amongst others are chronic fatigue or post Covid Neurological Syndrome. These are some of many possibilities.
