“Calcium oxalate crystals in urine?”
I have severe stomach and back pain and I can't eat or drink.

Possible kidney stone
Check for kidney stones. See a PCP or go to the ER for severe pain.
The crystals in your urine would not be causing any of the pain, however, you do need to have an ultrasound of your kidneys and bladder to evaluate whether or not you may have a stone causing obstruction.
