I have not seen CBD help with ADHD
I practice Mindfulness-CBT, ACT, and CBT for treatment of ADHD. CBT works well for ADHD.

CBT can be beneficial in treating ADHD symptoms in adults mostly by improving mental functioning, helping with impulse problems, and decreasing stress. The therapy should be performed by an experienced psychologist or psychiatrist.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will assist. I also encourage a medical visit added to learning new behavioral techniques and coping skills.
You don;t necessarily need therapy for ADHD, although CBT is good for ADHD, changes in dietary intake is a big part of controlling ADHD and having a set schedule. The most important foods to avoid are foods with artificial colors such as blue, red, and yellow or highly processed foods. CBT is a type of talk therapy that can help with challenges you face in school, work, and relationships.
