Can HCG in urine be detected and test positive to pregnancy at week 15

I have PCOS n my period has been very irregular. I had my last period around mid august n I had unprotected sex during the begining of the September. I am not on any contraceptives and any medication. I don't have any symptoms of pregnancy except period issue. I feel lumps when I palpate my pelvic region like wavy lumps. N the texture doesn't change .

Yes, of course. You should have a positive urine pregnancy by 5 weeks, definitely by 6 weeks. If you have PCOS, are you on Metformin?
