Can HIV be transmitted from a prosthetic penis?

HIV transmission from a packer (prosthetic penis) after frotting?
The other night I had sex with someone who told me they had been exposed to HIV at some point but had taken meds and are now negative and have months of negative tests to prove it, however I am not sure if i trust that entirely. My own genitals never came in contact with theirs. I used a dildo that they provided to penetrate them anally, the dildo was not in contact with my genitals at any point. I am a trans man and I wear a packer. I'm not sure if it came in contact with any sexual fluids. I use a packing pouch that keeps the surface of the packer from touching my actual skin except for a little bit at the very base of it. the next morning i replaced the packer in the pouch and put it back on but I didn't have any soap to wash it wish first unfortunately. I read that the HIV virus cannot survive very long outside the body and there was never any direct genital to genital contact however i am wondering if i need to be worried about transmitting it from my packer to myself if it did accidentally touch my genitals at any point. I am a little bit worried about the possibility of the virus not being killed immediately because it is worn close to the body and would have been in a warmer environment. However, I did leave it off for several hours afterwards. I was going to get tested but I want to know its even necessary. Would washing the packer kill the virus, or do i need to get a new one?

To transmit HIV, infected body fluids must enter your body via a cavity or skin break…
This doesn’t seem to have happened. So, my impression is that you are at extremely low risk. Certainly you can always see your doctor and be screened.
