I am 7 weeks pregnant and have a cavity. Can I get a dental filling while pregnant?

Yes. It is customary to wait until mid term, however, because the first trimester is the most critical. But, if you are having pain or infection , it needs to be taken care of now.
Wait after your 1st trimester.
Yes, you can. But best to wait until you are in your 4 or 5th month of pregnancy. Or if the filling is very small, wait until after you give birth.
Safest time to get dental work done is during the second trimester.
