Can I go to work after a deep cleaning?

I am a 28 year old male. I want to know if I can go to work after a deep cleaning?

Normally, you can go to work. You'll have soreness of the gums for a couple of days and possibly sensitivity to cold drinks, but that's all. More annoying than painful.
Yes you can, as long as you were not sedated and received local anesthesia
Of course!! Be aware that your gums may be sore, so take ibuprofen or "Tylenol" if needed for discomfort; warm salty water may help with relief as well (1 teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water). If you take blood thinners (or supplements that may thin your blood, like eating a lot of garlic, a baby aspirin, most supplements that start with the letter "g"), you may ooze blood. These are just things to be aware of - but there's no reason you can't go to work right after a deep cleaning.
Scaling and root planing is a specialized type of cleaning, which involves scraping and smoothing the root surfaces of your teeth. This cleaning is typically done with a numbing agent or local anesthetic. With that said, it should not impact your returning to work after the procedure.

Thank you,

The standard answer is yes. However, local anesthetic (numbing) is often used. For some people, this can make them tired or cause headaches. So if your job can be done safely even if you are feeling a bit tired then, yes you can work.
Yes definitely
