“Can I smoke weed/get high while on prescription focalin?”
I take prescription focalin for ADD and people tell me that if you smoke weed while on focalin it could make you go crazy or have a mental breakdown. Can someone tell me the facts?

Definitely no.
Short answer is psychostimulants and THC/Psychodelics don't usually go well together.
It is quite clear from the scientific medical literature that even smoking weed alone do cause paranoia and anxiety even though it gives people a moment of calmness right after smoking. Smoking weed while also taking stimulant would have high probability to make you paranoid and feel like going crazy.
