This should be discussed with your prescribing physicians. Every doctor has his/her own comfort level of combination therapy for insomnia.
Klonopin dose is not specified, but this is probably acceptable. The real question is why is a 38-year-old person taking Klonopin and gabapentin for sleep? Long-term sleeping medication is not a desirable intervention if at all possible. The possibility of a sleep disorder or a mood disorder should be considered. According to current guidelines, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia should be considered as well. Talk to your prescribing doctor.
