Yes, but the alive has to be with a meal to reduce stomach bleeding.

Tylenol has a direct effect on the heating center in the body and will be more effective in reducing the fever. Dose: 1-2 tabs could be taken every 4-6 hrs and make sure not to exceed 10 tabs per 24 hrs. If you need to take Aleve with it. Make sure to stagger it 2 hrs. Dose: 1 tab every 8-12 hrs. Should be taken with food to prevent GI upset.
If you have advanced renal issues, should avoid the combination since it has a synergetic effect on the kidney and it’s not advised for long-term use. Aleve should be used with caution in elderly and people with cardiovascular disease or risk. Also, with people with gastrointestinal tract bleeding or coagulation disorder.
