“Can a dental crown be reattached?”
My dental crown got loose. Can a dental crown be reattached?

A lot of times it can, but the cause of it becoming loose will determine if it can or cannot. A crown that fell off because of recurrent decay cannot. A crown that came off due to a fractured tooth sometimes can. Finally, a crown that came off due to cement failure typically can. You'll need a dentist to evaluate the remaining tooth structure to decide what category you fall into. Thanks, Dr P
