My dog broke his paw. Can a dog's broken paw heal on its own?

If the fracture is simple, it is possible to heal on it's own with bed rest and pain medication if the pain is extensive. However, I would recommend going to your primary care doctor to perform diagnostic imaging to ensure the damage isn't extensive and to see if the injury warrants surgery.
