It depends on why it is loose. Go see a dentist.

Likely if the crown comes out in one piece, it could be recemented. If a crown is loose, have it evaluated immediately. Bacteria gets in between the tooth and crown and you'll have no way to clean this out...this can result in tooth loss and decay under the crown unless corrected soon.
