Acid reflux is more a risk factor for esophageal cancer, not stomach cancer.
You are not "required" to eat fast food, it's just more convenient. It takes some effort but you can find healthy alternatives or pack a healthy lunch for yourself.
There are certain conditions associated with acid reflex which maybe precancerous, so do not ignore your symptoms.
