Can an EEG read normal awake & show absent seizures?

An EEG performed on a 45 yr the Posterior dominant rhythm was a well developed, rhythmic 9Hz activity that attenuated normally on eye-opening. drowsiness not seen. sleep not seen. Photic stimulation produced a photic driving response. Hyperventilation produced a diffuse rhythmic slowing of the background activity. The Patient's heart rate and rhythm appeared normal throughout the tracing.

Does this show I have absent seizures?
