Anemia is not one disease but the result of many causes. All depends on what is causing it.
It depends on the type and cause for the anemia. Anemia means there is a lower amount of red cells in the blood. The most common cause is lack of iron, and this CAN be cured with oral or injectable iron treatments. But there are many other causes.
