Anxiety symptoms can be controlled with medications. There are certain medications that are used to use almost like a "recuse" medication and others that are more focused on helping to prevent the anxiety symptoms from happening at all.
Anxiety cannot be fixed. It can best be managed with a combination of medication and therapy. Marilyn Benoit MD
I feel that anxiety symptoms can be reduced by meds but therapy and work to the underline causes of anxiety helps and can get rid of it.
