“Can back pain be a symptom of lung cancer?”
I am a 31 year old man and I smoke about 6 cigarettes a day. I do not drink alcohol or consume meat. I would like to know the possibility of a back pain being related to lung cancer. Please explain considering my lifestyle.

First off please try to stop your smoking. Back pain had lots of causes and is seen with advanced lung cancers. But most back pain, fortunately, are not from lung cancer. Cancer pain tends to be severe and will require narcotics to control.
