Can being dehydrated cause kidney problems?

I have a problem with not drinking enough water. I want to know can being dehydrated cause kidney problems?

Being dehydrated for a long period of time causes urinary tract infection (UTI), kidney stones, and kidney failure. Also, can cause seizures and electrolytes imbalances. Dehydration damages the heart, digestive system, causes rapid heart rate, and even shock. Warning signs are poor sleep, muscles cramps, swollen face and feet, low appetite, itchy skin, and others. Hydration is important for every single cell in the body. Thank you.
Yes, it could. Drink water or at least water-based foods such as watermelon and oranges. Limit soda intake.

Kidney injury due to dehydration almost always recovers.

Dehydration is not good for the kidneys. If kidney are normal, one can do well by drinking 2.5-3.0 liters of fluid. If there are kidney stones, better to drink 2.5-3.5 liters of fluid. On the other hand, if one has heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, check with your doctor how much you can drink. There is a condition called SIADH, and in that condition, one may not be able to drink lots of water.
Absolutely yes! It can lead to Acute renal failure and cause long term chronic kidney disease.
