If the eyes are uncomfortable with wearing contact lenses (or on removing them), then something is wrong. This could be the fit of the lenses, issues with dry eye, sensitivity to contact lens solutions, and other problems. Wearing lenses that are uncomfortable may stress the eyes and lead to infection or other issues -- and the only way to really tell what's going on is to have an exam in the clinic with the doctor who fit the contact lenses for you.
Many things can be wrong, incorrect strength, astigmatism, overcorrection, glasses made poorly. Bottom line, go back and get the glasses checked by whoever made them
Change the brand and don’t sleep in them
