Can diabetes lead to high blood pressure?

I am a 20 year old male. I wonder can diabetes lead to high blood pressure?

Diabetes is only a hormone insulin deficiency. You need to properly replace it by insulin under the supervision of an Endocrinologist. It itself doesn’t cause any other problems.
