I have gingivitis. Can gingivitis be fixed with a saltwater rinse?

no. you need to mechanically debride your teeth with a brush. the salt water can help with discomfort in your gums..
No. The cause needs to be determined. It is usually caused by bacteria and so a dental cleaning will fix the gingivitis.
The bacteria that causes gum problems needs to be cleaned off with a toothbrush, and periodically by a professional cleaning. Salt water alone will not "fix" the problem.
