Can high blood pressure go back to normal?

I have high blood pressure. Is it serious? Can high blood pressure go back to normal?

If it is related to some cause like obesity and stress it can return to normal.
There are reversible causes of hypertension: increased salt intake, weight gain, stress, pain, meds like Sudafed. Conditions like sleep apnea can cause hypertension. Elevated blood pressure can lead to strokes, heart failure, kidney failure, coronary artery and peripheral vascular disease. It is recommended to keep BP < 140/90.
Yes, high blood pressure is serious. There is a reason why it’s called the silent killer. Over time, it can lead to heart attack, stroke, and kidney failure. You can improve your blood pressure by eating a healthy, low-sodium diet, exercising regularly, and losing weight if you are overweight. Of course, if you cannot improve your blood pressure with these changes,
you may have to take medication. You should see your doctor.
