I have migraine headaches and want to treat them. Can migraine headaches be cured by physiotherapy?

I believe exercise is medicine so certainly physical therapy can help. Sometimes what people call migraine headaches are not actually migraines. And some migraine headaches require other interventions than physical therapy. If I can be of further assistance please look for my social media posts or check out my website: www.chronicpainrescue.com
Migraine is a neurological condition marked by intense, often debilitating headaches. It can also be accompanied by symptoms like nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, and numbness or tingling. There are various treatments for migraine, and physical therapy may be helpful in treating migraine for some people. I personally do not believe that it could cure this disease.
Depending on the root cause of migraines physiotherapy can be effective. There are therapists that specialize in head and neck techniques. I would seek someone who is experienced in this area.
No.
There is no specific cure for migraines, but there are strategies to help decrease them. These can include medication, breathing and meditation, diet changes and physical therapy.
