Can panic attacks cause health issues?

I get panic attacks very often. Can panic attacks cause health issues?

Hello-- Yes. It's that simple.

To elaborate further as I'm sure a yes is not enough, the more you allow your brain to go untreated, the more of it is damaged, which then creates more mental health issues. The brain is physical. The mind is what the health of that physical brain is in. If you eat unhealthy foods, the amount of damage one may have can be a lot or a little depending on genetics and control; knowing and admitting there is a problem one needs to fix. The brain is the same way. The more stress, anxiety, depression, ptsd, etc., is pushed on the brain, the more areas in one's body can become harmed. The Vagus Nerve is the highway to our whole body from our brain. The body works in harmony with the whole of YOU. Mental Health, brain deteriorating issues, will spread.

You are in control. Take it and run and be safe, healthy and happy.
Panic attacks are in itself a mental health issue. For a healthy individual. Once every decade panic attack may happen but if it keeps happening then there's an underlying cause for that
