I have shoulder joint pain. Can physical therapy help shoulder joint pain?

Yes, physical therapy is very important in rebalancing all the muscles that form the shoulder girdle. The shoulder is a “floating joint” it has 4 major muscles wrapping around it to provide it stability and movement. So, bringing all these muscles to work together correctly is what a physical therapist does.
I would recommend seeing your doctor first. If nothing severely wrong therapy would definitely be the right next choice.
