I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. Can saw palmetto reduce enlarged prostate?

In controlled studies it has been found to have more benefit than placebo. It may benefit certain kinds of symptoms like frequency, urgency but does not have good effects on the flow of the stream. Nevertheless, it is well tolerated and has minimal side effect profile in available doses
