I was diagnosed with sinus cysts. Can sinus cysts go away?

Management is usually long term with surgery or medicines . Nasal steroids can be bought at drug store. They tend to come back if they’re cut out. Unfortunately I do not manage sinus polyps . It’s more of an outpatient thing.
