Cardiologist Questions Neurologist

Can someone please tell me how I can fix what I am experiencing?

I have a feeling of numbness on the left side of my neck and upper chest all the time, it feels like the vein right above my collarbone is "stressed" for lack of a better word. It's not very serious outside of bed, but when I'm lying in bed, the left side of my throat hurts when I breathe, and then, sometimes, I have episodes where the left side of my body goes completely numb. I can't breathe at all, sometimes my left nostril starts bleeding too, and it feels like all circulation and activity has stopped on the left side of my body. Then, as a response to all this, my heart starts beating extremely fast I can feel it in my chest.

Accordingly, I freak out and get out of bed and take a walk. After walking around for a while, I always feel fine. My heart rate lowers, and everything becomes normal until it happens again. This has been going on for months! Can someone please tell me what might be going on? I went to the ER during 1 episode and got an EEG for my heart and brain did as well as an MRI scan is done with a neurologist, but everything in the tests looked fine aside from a high resting heart rate. I've always been skinny, I'm only 19 years old.

I've been exercising a lot recently, and I've always tried to eat healthily. After these tests, my doctors basically keep telling me I'm fine, and I feel like they aren't taking me seriously anymore, but I really feel like something is wrong and something horrible might happen to me someday in one of these episodes because they keep on happening and they won't go away. Does anyone know what this might be? It seems no matter what I do, the left side of my body doesn't feel right, what can I do to finally fix the left side of my body and the vein (or artery?) in my neck?

Sir, please, visit an UC/ER for those signs and symptoms. You probably have a nerve compression in the cervical area that needs to be investigated further. Most probably they will take neck x-rays, head MRI's and other tests that are important for the diagnosis based on the presentation that you just described. Please, do it as soon as you can. Thank you.
