Any type of scarring on the body cannot be erased or removed permanently. That being said, there are treatment options for stretch marks, which include micro needling with RF. The other option is an extended abdominal plasty. If your stretch marks are below your umbilicus most likely they will all be removed during a tummy tuck procedure. Yes, stretch marks can be one of those pesky things that are bothersome. This is actually a tear in the dermal layer of the skin from stretch, hence the term stretch marks. Unfortunately the only way to permanently remove them is to permanently remove that skin by cutting it out.
