I have chronic sinusitis. Can surgery fix chronic sinusitis?

Yes. Especially for chronic obstruction preventing normal drainage from a sinus cavity. Septal deviation from prior trauma or developed of cysys/ tumors are causes.
Consult ENT to make sure they are not polyps that need to be removed and consult Functional Medicine/Integrative Medicine to optimize immunity and gut microbiome.
