You would need to ask an Orthopedic Surgeon this question. They would know all the latest Surgical procedures and the success rate. In general, tennis elbow responds well to Laser therapy and sometimes too to Ultrasound therapy. Many times too Physiotape is used between treatments to take the stress off the tendons and muscles in that area. We have had excellent success helping patients with this condition.
