“Can this be melanoma, or what it might be? ”
An orange/rust-colored streak appeared on my finger like 1.5 months ago. It's on the lines, and there's my normal skin in between. I used lots of herbs and iron (I have had iron deficiency almost my whole life) and tyrosine, zinc, vitamin c, and d supplements during that time for like 1 year, but I stopped taking everything gradually as soon as I saw the stain like print. I'm really scared this might be melanoma.

Unlikely to be a melanoma based on your photo. To be safe, best to have checked out by a local dermatologist who will use a special imaging tool (dermatoscopy) to confirm.
