“Can topical creams fix dry skin?”

Hello there! Ceramide containing moisturizers/hand creams are a good start. There may also be a need to treat inflammation that can worsen the dryness and cause itching, painful cracks etc at which point I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate treatment can be given!
