Can type 2 diabetics eat sugar?

I am a 34 year old male. I want to know if type 2 diabetics can eat sugar?

They should not eat sugar. If they are sugar the amounts would be needed to calibrate very small amounts. I do not recommend it. There is usually insulin resistance and the blood sugar could go very high.
To answer, "Can you eat sugar?" Yes, but what will happen to you if you eat it? To the question, "Should you eat sugar?" It is a very complicated answer, one that should be answered in person by a nutritionist, diabetic educator, or a medical professional.
