Yes, most patients can see to drive the next day
The vast majority of patients feel very comfortable driving the day after LASIK. However, symptoms of light sensitivity, irritation, tearing, etc. may be challenging for some. If you don't feel comfortable, don't drive!
Normally in uncomplicated LASIK, you can see well enough to drive.
I recommend my patients to take a break from driving the day after LASIK
