Can you feel chest pain after heart transplant?

I had heart transplant surgery 4 weeks ago. I have chest pain. Can you feel chest pain after a heart transplant?

Chest pain after any heart surgery including heart transplant is not unusual and may be a sign of inflammation of the sac around the heart ( pericarditis) if symptoms persist consult your cardiologist.
Chest pain related to your incision is common after surgery.  angina (chest pain) related toblockages in the coronary arteries is unusual 4 weeks after surgery but your physician canevaluate your pain if necessary in a number of ways.
