Can you fill a tooth with nerve exposed?

I am a 23 year old male. I want to know if you can fill a tooth with nerve exposed?

No, it is not advisable to fill a tooth that has the nerve exposed, the patient will end up having a toothache. If the nerve is exposed root canal treatment first would be the best way to navigate the situation.
In general, no. If the nerve is exposed, an infection will be present and that needs treatment, usually a root canal or extraction.
No, you cannot fill a tooth with an exposed nerve without getting root canal treatment first. You can fill it with a temporary filling pending treatment for the root canal but that is for a very short time (hours or a couple of days). Go see your dentist or endodontist as soon as possible.
A pulp cap (direct) can be placed over an exposed nerve followed by a restoration.
