Hyperopia of a modest degree may be fixed by lasik but if there is emmetropia together with presbyopia lasik for the presbyopia will hurt vision without wearing corrective lenses.

The short answer is yes you can. Lasik originally favored correcting nearsightedness, but with all of the technical advances over the years, correcting farsightedness accurately is very doable.
